Week 11: SoFLA’s Top 10

The last week of the regular season saw plenty of shakeups in the SoFLAfootball Top 10. This is the final ranking until the playoffs conclude in December.

1. St. Thomas Aquinas (1): The Raiders (10-0) cruised past Cypress Bay on national TV Friday night 35-0. STA opens the playoffs against Coral Springs.

2. Glades Central (2): The Raiders (10-0) pulled away from Pahokee late in the Muck Bowl for a 47-21 victory. Glades Central begins their playoff run against Cardinal Gibbons.

3. Dwyer (3): The Panthers (8-1) rolled past Jupiter 48-0 for their sixth shutout this season. Dwyer takes on Hollywood Hills in the first round of the playoffs.

4. Miami Northwestern (5): Northwestern (9-1) downed Miami Jackson 32-7 in the Soul Bowl. The Bulls face Coral Gables in the first round of the playoffs.

5. Miami Central (6): The Rockets (9-1) got past Booker T. Washington 18-12 to cap off the regular season. Miami Central faces a tough Columbus squad to open the playoffs.

6. Miami Southridge (7): The Spartans (9-0) defeated Carol City 19-7 to end a successful regular season. Southridge takes on Miami Sunset in the first round of the playoffs.

7. Booker T. Washington (4): The Tornadoes (9-1) fell to Miami Central 18-12. BTW tries to get back on track as the open the playoffs against Miami Norland.

8. Chaminade-Madonna (9): The Lions (10-0) beat Hollywood Christian 35-0. Chaminade opens with Pahokee in the playoffs.

9. Columbus (NR): The Explorers (9-1) defeated Killian 48-6. Columbus takes on Miami Central in the first round of the playoffs.

10.Miramar (NR): The Patriots (9-1) cruised past Dillard 37-0. Miramar opens against Northeast in the playoffs.
