Week 10: SoFLA’s Top 10

Each team in the SoFLAfootball Top 10 came out victorious during week 10 of the season.

1. St. Thomas Aquinas (1): The Raiders (9-0) rolled over South Broward 51-7 to wrap up the district title last week. STA ends the regular season against Cypress Bay on national TV Friday night.

2. Glades Central (2): The Raiders (9-0) beat Suncoast 27-8 in a tune up before Saturday’s Muck Bowl when they host Pahokee.

3. Dwyer (3): The Panthers (8-1) continued to roll this season by beating West Boca Raton 45-3. Dwyer wraps up the regular season against Jupiter Friday.

4. Booker T. Washington (4): The Tornadoes (9-0) downed Miami Edison 37-0 to stay perfect on the season. BTW has a tough test Saturday when they take on Miami Central.

5. Miami Northwestern (5): Northwestern (8-1) romped North Miami 61-0 last week. Friday the Bulls take on Miami Jackson.

6. Miami Central (6): The Rockets (8-1) cruised past Hialeah-Miami Lakes 52-6. Saturday Miami Central does battle with Booker T. Washington.

7. Miami Southridge (8): The Spartans (8-0) defeated Coral Reef 31-14. Friday they host Carol City.

8. Pompano Ely (7): The Tigers (9-0) got past Dillard 34-21 in the annual Soul Bowl. Ely takes on Northeast Friday.

9. Chaminade-Madonna (9): The Lions (9-0) beat Doral Academy 42-0. Hollywood Christian is up next for Chaminade.

10. Pahokee (10): The Blue Devils (6-3) downed University School 33-0. Saturday Pahokee travels to Glades Central for the annual Muck Bowl.
